Snupin Santa posted the fist story over at their archive, and will post every day until December 30th, with the exception of December 25th. And I already have my first rec to make: Title: Terrific Two's Summer of Mystery Author: Recipient: Rating: NC17 Word count: 8,107 Warnings: poorly rendered British regional accents, and perhaps not quite as porny as you might have liked. Summary: Prompt: An Enid Blyton-style porn fic. It's the summer hols and there are adventures to be had! There are mountains to climb, islands to explore and caves to be delved into and for two young men it is the summer of their sexual awakening. Amid ginger beer, ham sandwiches and good clean fun (while dressed in jerseys, shorts and rubber-soled shoes) Remus and Severus discover more to life than hidden passageways *ahem*, buried treasure *ahem* and getting one's mouth round a juicy pork pie *ahem*. Whoever knew you could have so much fun in a tent? Bonus points for criminals with revolvers! (they always have revolvers) Why I Like This: For me as Snupin shipper who read a lot of Enid Blyton as child, this is a must-read. The language reminds of Blyton, as does the plot (with the exception of teh gay ;), and yet Lupin and especially Snape are very IC. It's totally worth reading, and getting to the end with a smile on your lips. post comment

What do you expect if you link to such an article on HP Essays and want to discuss it? Randomneses has been here before, didn't like it, and went elsewhere, fair enough. We want to talk about Snape stuff undisturbed here, they want to do their stuff elsewhere, let them. There will always be a few who can't respect this. This, here, is not a general Harry Potter discussion group. It is a group for Snape fans, where Snape fans can be reasonable or not, whatever they prefer. This is not a place for 'the enlightened' to come and tell us how delusional we all are. But don't fall for the trolls and let yourself be provoked. The rules demand that anonymous posters sign with initials or a name. Those who don't, may be new here, and can be reminded kindly. If they still insist on posting anonymously, they are trolls by default who are too cowardly to wank in the open. Do you really want to react to their drivel? No? Thought so... No, I won't turn anonymous commenting off. It would leave several of our friends out of the loop, and no troll is worth that. (I've turned the comments off here, because I'm too busy at the moment to discuss and explain why some posts are wank and others aren't... please, those of you who've seen this before, remind people on the threads to ignore the trolls.)
